CampusAI adheres to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the Revised Section 508 standards. Accessibility is built into our development and release cycle and tested before every release.

Nothing in our conformance report is rated below Supports. This covers the platform in full:

AI advisor, career workspace, and academic planning.

The staff analytics and advising surface.

The institutional administration surface.
Light and dark themes
Both themes evaluated, including full contrast analysis.
CampusAI is delivered entirely as web content through a standard browser. There is no separate mobile or desktop application.
How we evaluate accessibility
Every release cycle, our engineering team runs the same checks. Nothing ships without them.
Expert code review
Manual review against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA.
Component review
Every interactive widget checked against the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices.
Contrast analysis
Computed contrast analysis across the full design-token system, both themes.
Automated testing
axe-core run against the deployed application.
Keyboard verification
Manual keyboard-operability checks on every interactive surface.
Regression suite
1,440 automated tests across 197 files, including dedicated accessibility specs.
What our evaluation does not yet include
Our evaluation is a self-assessment by our own engineering team, with independent second review of every remediation change. It is not yet supplemented by evaluation with users with disabilities. That step is planned as the deployment scales.
Known limitations
As of this review we have no accessibility barriers to disclose. Nothing in our conformance report is rated Partially Supports or Does Not Support. If that changes, we update this section when the affected feature ships, not afterward.
Report an accessibility issue
If you hit a barrier, need something in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, tell us.
What happens after you report something
- We acknowledge and log your report.
- We triage by severity and assign a target date.
- We send resolution updates as work progresses.
- While an issue is open we provide interim accommodations at no cost: alternative formats, assisted workflows, or a documented workaround.
Students and staff at a partner university can also report through their campus program sponsors.
