What This Is

A sub-processor is any third party that processes personal data on University AI's behalf. University AI uses sub-processors as listed below. This page is the canonical sub-processor disclosure referenced by the Privacy Policy.

Purpose

Cloud infrastructure hosting all CampusAI services, including ECS, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, KMS, Cognito, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Inspector, and AWS Config.

Google LLC — Gemini API

Purpose

LLM inference using gemini-3.5-flash and embeddings using gemini-embedding-001 for the AI agents.

Data Accessed

Restricted chat content sent to the model and Institutional Public catalog text used for embeddings.

Location of Processing

Google LLC — Google Workspace

Purpose

Identity provider and federation source for per-tenant Cognito pools.

Data Accessed

Operational employee identity and work email.
