Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of CampusAI. If using CampusAI through a university's license, the university's
policies and the University AI–university contract also apply.
Who May Use
● Students of universities that have licensed CampusAI
● Authorized university staff
● University AI staff for internal operations
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
● Use CampusAI to harm yourself or others, or in any way that violates law
● Attempt to circumvent tenant-isolation mechanisms or access other tenants' data
● Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of CampusAI without prior written authorization
● Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source
● Use CampusAI to generate content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or discriminates
● Use CampusAI to ingest, store, or process personal data of individuals who are not users of CampusAI in your tenant
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
AI-Generated Content
CampusAI uses large language models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating output before acting on it.

Intellectual Property
● University AI retains all rights in the product, software, and brand
● You retain ownership of content you upload
● You grant University AI a license to process your content as necessary to operate the service
Data and Privacy
Governed by the Privacy Policy and (where applicable) by FERPA and the customer contract.
Service Ability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status communicated through status.campusai.app.
Wellness and Crisis Resources
CampusAI may surface wellness information and hardcoded crisis resources. These are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact 988 or your local emergency number.
Disclaimer
CampusAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, University AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify University AI from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse ofCampusAI.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where a customer university's contract specifies a governing law, that contract controls for that tenant.
Changes
Material changes communicated to tenant administrators.
